Before you call, it is fair to know exactly what is being promised. Four things, each one about this service rather than about anybody else’s work.
No voicemail, no office hours
Call at three in the morning on a holiday and the line is answered. That is the point of a 24-hour number rather than an answering machine that promises Monday.
The connection costs you nothing
Using this service costs you nothing. No charge to call, none to be connected, and none for whatever quotes you collect. Only the work you hire is paid for, and you pay the contractor directly.
You are connected to a licensed local contractor
You reach an independent local contractor, licensed for the trade and insured, who covers Phoenix. Checking that license and that insurance before work begins is the homeowner’s job, and a good contractor makes it easy.
Not the right contractor? Call again
If the first connection does not work out — no call back, no show, or a quote you do not trust — ring the line again and you will be put through to a different contractor.
The part this service cannot promise
None of the above is a warranty on anyone’s workmanship. The contractors are independent businesses, not employees of this site, and the work you agree with one of them is a contract between you and that contractor — its quality, its price, its schedule and its guarantee are theirs to give and yours to hold them to.
